How the tests work

Tests transfer random data between your browser and our servers to measure speed and response time. This data contains no information about you.

Technical data

To answer requests, our servers receive technical information such as IP address and browser type. We use the IP transiently to limit abuse (rate limiting) and to show the My IP page. We do not store the IP associated with results.

Local storage

Your test history, theme preference and cookie choices are saved only in your browser (localStorage). You can clear the history at any time.

Analytics and advertising

We only enable analytics and advertising tools if you consent. Analytics events do not include direct personal data.

Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable it and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Sharing

Results are only shared when you use the share buttons.

Your rights

You can request information about data processing under applicable data protection laws (such as Brazil's LGPD) through the site's contact channels.
